    I think you missed the point on the healthcare side. There is special software called EMR or Practice Management software to manage patient information.

    CMMS software is designed for maintenance. Its part of a EAM that allows users to track the life-cycle of their asset and management it from purchase to replacement. You are much closer on the other industries.
